Back to Infertility

Lately, Dana and I have been talking about going back to infertility treatment.  On Friday, June 19 I called Kaiser to see what we needed to do to get back in the program.  The nurse explained that we would need to have a consultation with the doctor and possibly redo some of our test.  She then proceeded to ask me if I would like to make an appointment.  I agreed thinking it would be a few weeks from now but to my surprise the doctor had a cancellation so we ended up seeing him that day.  I was very nervous but felt ready.  I'm determined not to let Preeclampsia control my life.  If we don't try again then Preeclampsia wins.  My chance of developing Preeclampsia is 25% so that means I have a 75% chance of not getting it.  I have played worse odds in Vegas and have come out a winner.  In order to give myself the best chance I have been trying to eat healthier, exercising a lot, and watching my salt intake.  I'm also taking 81 mg of aspirin, Omega 3, prenatals, and I also started Juice Plus+.  The meeting with the doctor went well.  He said our test are fine but wants me to get a dye test to make sure my tubes aren't blocked by scar tissue from my c-section.  Dr. W also explained that we would start my treatment where we left off because that's what worked for me.  That means I will start with injections.  The dye test is scheduled for Thursday along with a refresher course on how to give myself injections.  It's all starting to come back to me, but if I'm lucky like last time, I will only have to do one round of injections:)  If everything is well I'll start treatment in July.  Your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated as we try again.
