Boot Camp Here I Come!

O.K. so here's the scoop. I got "laid-off" of fertility treatment for a month because I developed two large cysts, one on each ovary. It is a common side effect of the medication and should go away by my next cycle. At first I was disappointed but after thinking about it for a few minutes I started to feel relieved. A month without appointments, timed shots, more appointments and more shots sounded pretty good. So I'm happy to say that I'm taking full advantage of my time off.

The first thing on my list was to try women's fitness boot camp. I've always wanted to do it and the opportunity presented itself this month. My friend Cindy was telling me about the boot camp she joined and how much fun it was. She also told me that there was a two week FREE trial. My 24 hour fitness friend, Laura and I jumped at the chance. We attended our first session Saturday morning. It was a lot of fun but hard work. I didn't realize how sore I was until I could barely move Sunday morning. As I sit here typing I'm wondering how I'm ever going to make it through my second session tonight. If you're interested in boot camp you can check it out here Premier Sport & Fitness .

These are just a couple of activities that we did. Others included squats (lots), swinging a mallet, balancing while lifting weights, throwing a weight ball, and more.
